About Us

Co-Creating a Better World Through Ethical & Human-Centered Strategy

At JAM Global Strategies, we empower organizations to ethically navigate complex global landscapes by co-creating innovative strategies that align with their values and goals. We believe in the power of human-centered design to solve the right problems and deliver radical value.

Our Story

We are two first-generation American women, daughters of immigrants who dared to chase the American Dream. Our parents, with grit and determination, carved new lives from unfamiliar landscapes. Their sacrifices ignited a fire within us, a relentless drive to honor their journeys by reaching unimaginable heights.

We excelled, each in our own arena: Alice, a pioneering tech product designer and leadership coach; and me, Jenny, a journalist who found my voice on the world stage as a U.S. diplomat. Yet, as we climbed the corporate ladder, we encountered a familiar ceiling. It wasn’t about competence, but about fitting a mold that didn’t quite encompass our entire selves.

We realized that many people like us were facing similar challenges, their potential dimmed by the pressure to conform. It was then that we decided to rewrite the script. JAM Global Strategies was born from a shared vision: to create a space where ambition knows no bounds, where diversity is celebrated, and where dreams are transformed into reality.

With a deep-rooted understanding of both corporate America and the immigrant experience, we empower organizations to break barriers, embrace innovation, and build a more inclusive world. Our success isn’t just measured by our clients' growth, but by the positive impact we create together.

We are more than just colleagues; we are sisters bound by a shared heritage and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Our story is a testament to the power of resilience, the beauty of diversity, and the limitless potential of the human spirit.
